Shipping policy

All shipments are fully insured for the value of the jewelry during transit. This means that if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, it is covered by insurance.

Shipping Insurance: Every package is insured for its full value (subject to a 25% deductible), providing you with peace of mind. If an issue arises during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. 

Delivery Confirmation: We require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your package is received securely.

Liability: Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, King’s Jewelry is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or delivery issues that occur during shipping. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once it leaves our facility.

Claim Process: In the rare event of an issue, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the matter through the insurance process. Claims must be filed within the carrier's specified timeframe.
